Day 1Arrival in Chennai

Welcome to India! Upon arrival in Chennai, you’ll be greeted with a warm traditional Swagat. Our representative will assist with airport formalities and escort you to the hotel for check-in and overnight stay.

Day 2Chennai – Mahabalipuram (65 km / 1.5 hrs)

Enjoy a half-day tour of Chennai, visiting historic sites like Fort St. George, San Thome Cathedral, and the Government Museum, known for its exceptional collection of Chola bronzes. Later, drive to the coastal town of Mahabalipuram, famed for its 7th-century rock-cut temples. Overnight in Mahabalipuram.

Day 3Day Excursion to Kanchipuram

Post breakfast, explore Mahabalipuram’s Shore Temple, Arjuna’s Penance, and the Five Rathas. Later, visit Kanchipuram—one of Hinduism’s seven holiest cities—renowned for its ancient temples and silk sarees. Return to Mahabalipuram for overnight stay.

Day 4Mahabalipuram – Tanjore (300 km / 6 hrs)

Travel to the cultural heart of Tamil Nadu—Tanjore (Thanjavur). Visit the majestic Brihadeeswarar Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its massive tower and monolithic dome. Overnight in Tanjore.

Day 5Tanjore – Trichy – Madurai (200 km / 4 hrs)

After breakfast, proceed to Madurai via Trichy. En route, explore Trichy’s landmarks—the grand Srirangam Temple and Rockfort Temple. Continue to Madurai for an overnight stay.

Day 6Madurai – The Temple City

In New Delhi, visit India Gate, the President’s House, Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, and the Lotus Temple.
