Expect to cross legendary passes like Rohtang La, Baralacha La, Naki La, Lachung La, Tanglang La, and the famed Khardung La (5,600 m) — one of the highest motorable roads on Earth. Along the way, absorb breathtaking vistas, discover centuries-old Buddhist monasteries like Alchi, interact with the warm Ladakhi culture, and relish authentic Tibetan cuisine. This journey blends high-octane adventure with spiritual serenity, cultural immersion, and jaw-dropping natural beauty.
Welcome to India! Upon arrival at Delhi Airport, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. Rest and prepare for the upcoming journey.
In the evening, report at the designated Volvo stand by 4 PM. Board an overnight luxury coach for your scenic journey to Manali.
Arrive in Manali and check in to your hotel. Later, attend a detailed briefing session covering road conditions, weather, riding tips, and high-altitude safety. Receive your Royal Enfield motorcycle and enjoy a short trial ride around town to get familiar.
Kick-start your ride with an ascent to the iconic Rohtang Pass (13,051 ft). Descend into Lahaul Valley, pass villages like Khoksar and Tandi, and reach Jispa, located on the banks of the Bhaga River. Camp overnight amidst Himalayan serenity with dinner and bonfire.
Today’s ride takes you through a roller-coaster of terrains, from lush valleys to barren lunar landscapes. Cross Baralacha La (16,500 ft), Naki La, and Lachung La, then ride the expansive Pang Ground (40 km plateau) before reaching Tso Kar Lake. Camp beside this salt lake and enjoy a peaceful evening spotting wildlife like Tibetan wild asses and black-necked cranes.
Ascend Tanglang La (17,480 ft), the second-highest motorable pass in the world, and descend into the picturesque Indus Valley. Ride past quaint Ladakhi villages and army settlements before reaching Leh, the heart of Ladakh. Evening free to explore town streets and taste local dishes like momos and thukpa.
Today, ride west into the Sham Valley. Visit Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, and the Indus-Zanskar confluence at Nimu. Continue to Likir Monastery and finally reach Alchi, home to one of the oldest monasteries in Ladakh (over 1,000 years old). Overnight in a guesthouse or hotel.
Ride back to Leh and begin your exhilarating ascent to Khardung La (5,600 m) – the highest motorable road on the planet. Celebrate your conquest with panoramic views and photographs before returning to Leh for a relaxed evening.
Take a well-deserved break from riding. Explore Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, or shop for souvenirs at the bustling Leh market. Optional taxi excursions to Hemis, Thiksey, and Shey Monasteries available.
Retrace your route back through Tanglang La and More Plains to reach Sarchu, a dramatic high-altitude campsite that sits on the border of Himachal and Ladakh. Overnight stay in tents under the stars.
Your final day of riding begins early. Cross mountain passes and valleys one last time before descending to Manali. Handover your bikes, check into your hotel, and celebrate your successful journey with a certificate presentation.
Relax and explore Old Manali — visit Hadimba Temple, bathe in Vashisht’s hot springs, or café-hop. In the evening, board your return Volvo to Delhi.
Arrive early morning and transfer to your hotel. Rest and freshen up.
Embark on a day excursion to Agra to visit the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Return to Delhi by evening and stay overnight at your hotel.
After breakfast, transfer to the international airport for your flight home, carrying memories of an epic Himalayan adventure.
