18-Day Pushkar Fair Experience

Day 1Arrival in Delhi

Arrive in the vibrant capital of India, where a warm traditional “Swagat” (welcome) awaits. Our representative will assist you at the airport and escort you to your hotel for check-in. Spend the night relaxing after your international journey.

Day 2Delhi – Mandawa (280 km / 6 hrs)

Drive to Mandawa, a charming town known for its beautifully painted havelis and rich Shekhawati heritage. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and unwind for the evening.

Day 3Mandawa – Bikaner (160 km / 4 hrs)

After breakfast, explore the open-air art gallery of Shekhawati, famed for its fresco-adorned mansions. Later, head to Bikaner, a desert town steeped in history. Check into your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4Bikaner – Jaisalmer (325 km / 6 hrs)

Begin your day with a visit to the impressive Junagarh Fort, featuring ornate palaces and intricate stone carvings. Continue your journey to the golden city of Jaisalmer, where you’ll check into your hotel upon arrival.

Day 5Exploring Jaisalmer

Spend the day exploring Jaisalmer Fort, built in 1156 atop Trikuta Hill, and the exquisite Patwon Ki Haveli. In the evening, enjoy a magical camel safari across the shimmering Sam Sand Dunes, followed by cultural performances under the desert sky.

Day 6Jaisalmer – Jodhpur (290 km / 6 hrs)

Drive to the blue-hued city of Jodhpur, a magnificent blend of regal heritage and modernity. After checking into your hotel, enjoy an evening of traditional Rajasthani folk dances.

Day 7Discovering Jodhpur

Visit the mighty Mehrangarh Fort, one of India’s most majestic forts, and the serene Jaswant Thada, a marble cenotaph built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.

Day 8Jodhpur – Ranakpur – Udaipur (325 km / 5 hrs)

Travel to Ranakpur to marvel at the 15th-century Jain Temples with 1444 uniquely carved marble pillars. Continue onward to Udaipur, the romantic “City of Lakes”, nestled beside Lake Pichola. Check into your hotel for the night.

Day 9Udaipur Sightseeing

Explore the majestic City Palace, wander through the lush Saheliyon Ki Bari (Garden of the Maidens), and browse folk art at the Bhartiya Lok Kala Museum. As the sun sets, enjoy a peaceful boat ride on Lake Pichola. Overnight in Udaipur.

Day 10Udaipur – Pushkar (275 km / 6 hrs)

Drive to Pushkar, a sacred town nestled beside a serene lake. Home to the only Brahma Temple in India, Pushkar is steeped in mythology and spiritual energy. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in a hotel or traditional accommodation.

Day 11Pushkar Fair Begins

Experience the vibrancy of the world-renowned Pushkar Camel Fair – a stunning blend of spirituality and desert culture. Witness camel races, folk performances, religious rituals, handicraft stalls, and the magical Deepdaan ceremony around the lake.

Day 12Pushkar Fair

Another full day to soak in the festive atmosphere. Enjoy more performances, local shopping, spiritual rituals, and the colors of rural Rajasthan in full bloom. Overnight in hotel/tented accommodation.

Day 13Pushkar – Jaipur (132 km / 3 hrs)

Depart for the regal Pink City of Jaipur. After check-in, spend a leisurely evening exploring local markets or enjoying cultural shows.

Day 14Jaipur Exploration

Begin with a royal elephant ride (or jeep ride) to the Amber Fort, followed by visits to the City Palace, the astronomical marvel of Jantar Mantar, the tranquil Birla Temple, and the iconic Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds).

Day 15Jaipur – Bharatpur – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra (260 km / 6 hrs)

En route to Agra, stop at Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, home to hundreds of migratory birds. Continue to the hauntingly beautiful Fatehpur Sikri, a Mughal ghost city frozen in time. Arrive in Agra and check into your hotel.

Day 16Agra – Delhi (220 km / 4 hrs)

Witness the awe-inspiring Taj Mahal at sunrise—an unforgettable spectacle of love in marble. Explore Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Post breakfast, return to Delhi for an overnight stay.

Day 17Delhi Sightseeing

Explore the historical and modern charms of Delhi. Visit Red Fort, Jama Masjid, and Raj Ghat in Old Delhi, followed by India Gate, President’s House, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple, and Qutb Minar in New Delhi. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 18Departure from Delhi
