Day 2Dibrugarh – Morning Tea Plantation Walk & Tea Workers’ Village

Start your day with a refreshing morning walk through the sprawling green tea gardens—an experience that rejuvenates the soul. Post-breakfast, meet the tea garden manager or a local expert to deepen your understanding of tea cultivation and industry insights. The afternoon is yours to relax at the bungalow or explore at leisure. Day 3Journey to Digboi – The Oil City

After breakfast, drive 57 km to Digboi, famously known as the “Oil City of Assam.” Home to the world’s second oldest oil field and the oldest operational oil machinery, Digboi continues to produce oil beyond capacity. Experience a unique blend of industrial heritage and scenic beauty.

Drive 207 km to Jorhat, known as the tea capital of Assam. On arrival, check into the historic Thengal Mansion—an ancestral home of a tea planter situated amidst a traditional Assamese village just 15 km from town. This 72-year-old mansion offers a fascinating glimpse into Assamese culture and tradition. After lunch and rest, take a leisurely stroll through the nearby village to observe the simplicity and charm of rural life.

Day 6Jorhat – Visit Toklai Tea Research Station & Travel to Kaziranga
